2012 Women’s Australia Open winner Jessica Korda is in Canada with the rest of the talented ladies of the LPGA for the CN Canadian Women’s Open. She took some time out to visit the practice of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Jessica jokes sometimes that she didn’t follow in her father Petr Korda and mother Regina Rajchtova’s tennis footsteps because as a child she didn’t like all the running involved in playing tennis (singles, anyway). However, she looks like she is in very good shape. I could see Jessica as a pretty good soccer (football) player if she was serious about the game. She could do it. 🙂
