Ok, I’m going to get right to the point. Caroline Wozniacki must win the 2012 KDB Korean Open. With nemesis Julia Goerges gone in the first round, there is nobody left that Caroline shouldn’t beat. That’s not to say a player like Kaia Kanepi can’t defeat her. I’m just saying that Caro is now a prohibitive favorite. I am pulling so hard for Wozniacki to bounce back. She won 6 times in 2010 and 2011. Since then August of 2011 at New Haven, she has not only gone winless, but also has only reached one final. If she can’t win in this field, I am really going to worry about her. But I am staying positive. She won her opening round. I expect her to keep winning until she is holding the trophy over her head at the end of the tournament.
