One of my favorite of the Russian wave of players on the WTA was Anastasia Myskina. She was the first Russian woman to win a Major and be ranked in the top 3. She was a volatile player emotionally, so it’s interesting to hear what she has to say here about how players need to control their emotions. At only 31, it’s too bad her career was cut short by injury, not having played since 2007. But it’s good to see she is still active in the sport. Also interesting are her comments on Maria Sharapova and her chances against Serena Williams.
