Brenda Halloran, the honorable mayor of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada joined in a video welcoming the 2013 Manulife Financial LPGA Classic. The people who put this video together seem genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to have a world class golf event coming to their fair city.
