Between the break I took from blogging after the US Open (tennis) and the off-weeks with no tournaments, it seems like ages ago that I did a real LPGA post. Well, I guess it’s time to make up for lost time. The first round of the 2013 Reignwood LPGA Classic is already underway as I write this. Still, I find it intriguing as to who will shine in the late fall events. Stacy Lewis has momentum going right now. Inbee Park could use a strong showing to remind everybody just how great her year has been. Yani Tseng is showing signs that her game is coming back. And what about Shanshan Feng? In the video below, Stacy Lewis credits Shanshan’s Major victory at the 2012 Wegmans LPGA Championship as being a big reason why there is a new event in China. What a storybook ending it would be to have Feng win the inaugural tournament.
